I found a very talented hair colorist but the salon only uses Aveda. I’ve given it a try for 6 months now and my hair has only gotten more dry and brittle. To remedy, the colorist suggested Aveda’s damage therapy line. The moment I started to use damage remedy intensive restructuring treatment my fingertips began to burn unbearably. Months before I gave their moisturizer for sensitive skin a try and it broke my entire face out for a week. Luckily, I realized the moisturizer was the cause right away and stopped using. Between the hair color, hair mask and face moisturizer they have all been an awful experience and now I have to give up a good hair stylist because the salon she works at uses these awful products.
I spent over $100 on their damage control shampoo and conditioner along with the leave in conditioner and style prep spray. Honestly, I am one who does not leave negative reviews on anything I purchase as I try to compliment retailers on what they do well. After using...Read more

Aveda - What HAPPENED???
So I purchased the dry remedy shampoo and conditioner a few days ago so I decided to to try it,and it left this horrible film on my hair that left my hair feeling dirty?? And yes I rinsed very thoroughly!! I will be returning the products that’s aren’t cheap and probably will not give any other of there products a go. Not to mention the girl helping me was unknowledgeable about the products and kinda acted like she could care less. Bummed I was really hoping for a better product

Aveda - Inaccurate points
Twice I called Aveda pure privilege, both person I spoke with gave inaccurate information. And they don’t seem so helpful and happy with their job. The points I earned on my purchases and Aveda promotions doesn’t add up with my total points. When I asked Sherrie she said I accumulated so much point that day of purchase. And where does it say you can only earn so much points. And then she put me on a long hold I just had to hang up because I knew she was doing it on purpose.
